Steven Mallows - Strategic Director
Steven has 20 years marketing experience working with corporate, government and small to medium size businesses. Before co-founding Additional View in 2005 Steven spent 8 years in senior Marketing and eCommerce Management positions within the corporate sector.
He has managed the marketing of products and services for consumer markets comprising of more than 200,000 customers. With an extensive amount of experience in online and offline marketing strategy development, Steven is committed to delivering online experiences which bring both consumers, businesses and government organisations closer together to deliver a greater return on the online investment.
Steven has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing, a Graduate Certificate in Computing, a Master Degree in eCommerce.
Ainslie Timbs - Director
A graduate of commerce and marketing from the University of Tasmania, Ainslie has over 15 years experience in marketing, media and advertising, including overseas contracts within the UK media industry.
On her return to Australia, Ainslie moved into the area of eCommerce Marketing as an Online Content Manager and eProject Manager. She is experienced in key stakeholder management and the development and implementation of online and offline marketing strategies.
Throughout Ainslie‘s career she has been in the role of “client” and in the role of “service provider”. She is well-aware of the expectations of both parties and thus, has a strong commitment to delivering effective, productive and successful outcomes for our clients.
Ainslie‘s core responsibilities at Additional View are in the area of operations however she is also our content manager expert and a facilitator of our user experience (usability) research. She is highly organised (!) and skilled in coordinating workflow to ensure budgets are adhered to and deadlines are met.
Ainslie is a very proud Mummy of 'Florence' but combines this with professional interests in eProject Management, online content management, consumer behavior and research methodology.
